How can I change an activity record on the Dashboard? I somehow managed to record a spin class as 10 hours instead of 1 hour! I hope someone has an answer

That was helpful insofar as it suggested that an activity can be edited but none of mine has a pencil next to it so I can't change the 10 hours of spinning to 1 hour. It is annoying but it was my mistake so I guess I have to live with it
