How do I get distance notifications on Charge 4?

Hello,

On my runs I like to get notified at every mile. How do you turn on vibrate alerts for every mile during your run similar to other Fitbit?

Welcome to the Community, @Tyhowell.

If you want to be notified about your miles data, I recommend trying the following:

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab  > your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
3. Tap Run.
4. Tap Show Laps, and choose your settings. 
5. Sync your device.

I followed your instructions.  Run / Show Laps - Automatic / Lap type - miles / Lap Every - 0.5 miles.

No vibration every 0.5 miles.  It looks like there was some message on my screen, but I couldn't read it in the sunlight when I was running.

Any other suggestions on how to get a vibration every 0.5 miles when I am running?

This worked on my Surge.  This Charge 4 is soooo frustrating

I like that too but I can’t find my exercise short cut. The settings are not showing on the app. I don’t know how to change it if it’s not listed. Can’t anyone help please.
