How do I reset things like steps to 0?

On your tracker or on your account?

We can probably give you a better answer if we know why you want to do this; i.e. what are you trying to accomplish; giving or receiving a used tracker, or just want to get rid of all your data and start fresh, or something else?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
