How do I sync my charge hr from my pc computor

I can't see anywhere on my pc as to how I can sync my charge HR. Is there an icon I'm not seeing?

You need to download and install the connect software. You will also need a dongle to plug into the computer. If you dont have a dongle you can buy from the store here or Amazon

I have a dongle plugged into the computer. The software link you included
in your email just leads to a dead end. How do I download the software?

You need to scroll down on the page that I posted the link to above. It is not a dead end

As I stated in my last email, I did (scroll down) and click on the
"software" link you provided. As I also mentioned, the link took me to a
dead end webpage which gave me several other options as to what I might be
looking for, none of which had anything to do with downloading the
software. Please help. I believe my Fitbit days may be coming to a close.

If your pc runs Win 10 you could download the Fitbit app for win 10. 

You could also go to the link displayed on trackers at the time of purchase.
