How do I use relax breathing on Charge 3?

I used to have relaxed breathing mode on my Charge 2, but I don't see it on my Charge 3... Does anyone know how to find it and use relaxed breathing exercises on Charge 3?

Did you try from the main clock face, scrolling right through the apps?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you so much, I found it! I switched the clock face from Charge 3 to
Charge 2 classic or whatever it's called and now I see the Relax feature.
