Had my fit bit 2 for 2 years and 4 days upgraded from Charge.  Glass cracked no accident or rough use - just went.

The tale is to beware

Fitbit disowned the issue as it was 4 days outside any sort of warranty. 

Offered a 30 day small discount .

WORSE

Cannot give any undertaking sudden cracks will not happen with any replacement .  

Great shame
