I just got a Fitbit charge today and was wondering how long it takes to charge?

Left it two hours...got a 95% charge but it depleted to 10% overnight. I think the battery is done. Getting a alta today so hope to have better luck with that

May I ask which model you got today. It has been almost 4 years since the Charge was sold.. If it is a Charge, that is probably why it doesn't hold a charge. 

The Alta has also not been sold for a year and if it was left dead you may have the same issue.

Hopefully the Alta charges

 

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
