I don't want my female tracking showing up on the charge 3 screen - next period, fertile window etc. I deleted it off my dashboard on the app but doesn't translate to the actual charge 3!

Hey there @Tshah, it's nice to see you around here! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience, nice way to go!
If you no longer want Female Health Tracking on your Charge 3, please consider deleting all the info input for female health tracking on your Fitbit app. Once you completely remove the data inserted and then sync again it will remove the tile from your tracker.
Please note that you can't remove your female health tracking data only from the device, you must remove your data from the Fitbit app to delete the information from your device. Hiding the female health tracking tile from your app dashboard does not delete your female health tracking data from your mobile app or your device.
Hope this helps, let me know if these steps work!

Hey Marrefitbit - seems a pretty convoluted way to do this (not very elegant UX!) and also... doesn’t seem to have worked on mine! I’ve deleted all the info on my app and synced (twice) Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hey there @nor1, thanks for stopping by! Thanks for the feedback provided.
As mentioned here, can't remove your female health tracking data only from the device, you must remove your data from the Fitbit app to delete the information from your device. Hiding the female health tracking tile from your app dashboard does not delete your female health tracking data from your mobile app or your device.
If you've done so, I'd appreciate if you can send me a screenshot of your Female Health calendar in your Fitbit app so I can see where the issue might be coming from.
Looking forward to your reply!

I’m having the same problem. I just got the charge 3 and it says I don't have any data submitted? So I don't know why it still shows the tile on my charge 3

Welcome on board @KellC! Thanks for making sure you don't have any data submitted.

If the steps don't work, can you please send me a screenshot of the Female Health tile on your Fitbit app?
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hi @KellC, thanks for coming back. Can you please send me a screenshot of your Female Health Tile?
As suggested, if you remove all the data entered in the Female Health tracking, the tile should be removed from your Charge 3. Just as described in the image below:

I have read all your posts and tried multiple things and yet, the female health tile keeps coming back. I have never entered any data into it. I go to the Fitbit dashboard on Windows 10, I hit the edit button, I click on female health tile.. it then shows a red plus sign.
There is no save button anywhere I can see on my dashboard.
Please advise.

Bumping an old topic but... you're telling me the only way to make the tile go away on my fitbit is to manually delete every period? I've been wearing a fitbit for 3 years now. Why is this UI so terrible?
Edit: And some people, such as myself, would like to keep the logged information in my phone without it being on my wrist. Are there no other options? It's ridiculous to not be able to adjust the tiles on my display.
