How to turn Off sleep schedule?

When the ability to set a sleep schedule came out, I set it up on my Fitbit Charge HR. I don't like the way the alerts work so I decided to stop using them.  Except they won't turn off.  In the Fitibit app on my laptop, it sure looks like they are turned off - no times set, the Bedtime Reminder switch is turned off.  In the Fitbit app on my phone, same thing.  Today I even did the "Restart" procedure.  Still doesn't work.  If I can't get the sleep timers to stop, I will have to abandon using the Fitbit for monitoring my sleep, which is frankly what I most need and use it for at this point.  I don't know what to try next and I'm hoping it is not to do something that will wipe out all of my already monitored data.

Nope, neither of those worked. However, I did find some silent alarms whose times matched the reminders I was getting and deleted them.  I used the Windows 10 app to delete them.  I clicked "Account"->"Charge HR"(left pane)->"Silent Alarms"(right pane).  Right click each alarm and click "Delete".

The last reminder for this evening didn't occur.  I'm hopeful the same can be said in the morning.

No wake up reminder this morning.

So the key seems to be that even after deleting/removing/unsetting the sleep schedule reminders, the alarms still exist as silent alarms.  Those need to be deleted too.

You can. If you are using the app go into the 3 lines and go into account then click the right top corner and select settings.

I am having the same issue.  The bedtime reminder is turned off, but it still goes off every day.  I can alter the days on which it reminds me, so that is one option, but I wish someone could tell me how to turn it off completely.  This is clearly a bug that needs to be worked out.

I had the same problem everyday the alarm going off there times, I had set it once then removed all the sleep times.. Still it was going off could not work out how to remove it... The new Dashboard on the iOS update has an alarm tile, it was easy once the option was available.. Hope this helps

Hello my friends @Maricka @SongOfRuth @jws3 @Alibnolover, it's great to see you guys around!

For instructions on how to set, change, or remove a bedtime target or wake-up time target, do the following:

FITBIT APP FOR IOS

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Set or edit your targets. To remove a target, tap the three dots in the top right.
  4. Tap Done.

FITBIT APP FOR ANDROID

  1. Under Account, tap the three buttons on the upper right.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Sleep.
  4. Tap the target you want to set or edit.
  5. Select the new time and tap OK. To delete the target, tap Remove.

FITBIT APP FOR WINDOWS 10

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the moon icon on the bottom.
  3. Set or edit your targets. To remove a target, tap the three dots in the bottom right.
  4. Tap Save.

No, that does not work for Android. Settings does not have a tap option. Sleep is not in that menu or under Advanced Settings. Sleep is listed under Goals. My Bedtime Reminder is greyed off, but I get a reminder each night.

It is equally annoying that some things are in the app and some on .com. Why does Fitbit make this so complicated?
