When the ability to set a sleep schedule came out, I set it up on my Fitbit Charge HR. I don't like the way the alerts work so I decided to stop using them. Except they won't turn off. In the Fitibit app on my laptop, it sure looks like they are turned off - no times set, the Bedtime Reminder switch is turned off. In the Fitbit app on my phone, same thing. Today I even did the "Restart" procedure. Still doesn't work. If I can't get the sleep timers to stop, I will have to abandon using the Fitbit for monitoring my sleep, which is frankly what I most need and use it for at this point. I don't know what to try next and I'm hoping it is not to do something that will wipe out all of my already monitored data.

Nope, neither of those worked. However, I did find some silent alarms whose times matched the reminders I was getting and deleted them. I used the Windows 10 app to delete them. I clicked "Account"->"Charge HR"(left pane)->"Silent Alarms"(right pane). Right click each alarm and click "Delete".
The last reminder for this evening didn't occur. I'm hopeful the same can be said in the morning.
No wake up reminder this morning.
So the key seems to be that even after deleting/removing/unsetting the sleep schedule reminders, the alarms still exist as silent alarms. Those need to be deleted too.

I am having the same issue. The bedtime reminder is turned off, but it still goes off every day. I can alter the days on which it reminds me, so that is one option, but I wish someone could tell me how to turn it off completely. This is clearly a bug that needs to be worked out.

No, that does not work for Android. Settings does not have a tap option. Sleep is not in that menu or under Advanced Settings. Sleep is listed under Goals. My Bedtime Reminder is greyed off, but I get a reminder each night.
It is equally annoying that some things are in the app and some on .com. Why does Fitbit make this so complicated?
