How to unpair charge 4?

I broke my phone about a week ago and now I'm in the process of setting up a new one. The screen of my old phone just keeps flashing so there's no way for me to unpair my charge 4 from my previous phone. Is there any way to unpair the watch from my new device? I've looked a bit over the forums and can't seem to find an answer

Hi, @KatariinaT! You shouldn't need to unpair your tracker from your old phone. It's linked to your account and when you log in on your new phone that should take care of most of the issues. Once you allow notifications, etc. you should be all set. Are you having a specific issue that's causing you to try to do this? I don't think you can do it on the Fitbit end.

My new phone isn't finding the charge 4 for some reason. It might be some problem with the phone then
