Has anyone else had an issue with an IP Block. My Fitbit Charge 3 started acting up - screen brightness issue. Couldn't fix it with troubleshooting. Called Fitbit Support and after two calls was told I needed to replace me device. By this time my device was no longer synching and going to the COVID19 link showed a message that my IP address was blocked. Help.
