Have been trying to get to grips with the interval training category on my charge 3 for tracking my interval running sessions. Using a 500m track I sprinted for 15s then walked for 15s and so on until I had completed 3 laps, however my tracker said I'd only gone 0.68km, any idea why this is so off with distance, even though it was connected to the gps on my phone? Also after my training it showed different bars for each 15s period but all these bars are totally different lengths, initially I thought it was the calories burned per section but for one period, even though it was the largest bar it said 0 calories and then on many 15s periods recorded the same length with some also saying 0 calories but others said 8, 7, and 5 so makes no sense. Any ideas what these bars representing. Overall so confusing.

I don't have an answer, more like a follow up question. How do you enter HIIT training? Mine includes free weights, squats, battle ropes, and a stationary bike. Do I have to enter each moment separately????
