Probably raised before, but couldn’t easily find the answer, it seems you can’t vary the Activity and Rest periods in one training sessions, which to me seems very odd, particularly for interval training, also because this should not be difficult to develop in terms of software. The IOS app does show a “+add” functionality, but it isn’t active. Am I missing something? Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Hi @GuusL, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're tracking your activity with our auto-recognition feature called SmartTrack or you're initiating the activity directly from your exercise shortcuts? To learn more about how to track an exercise, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?.
Please take in consideration that your Charge 2 automatically recognize and record high-movement activities (such as a walk, run, or swim) but at least 15 minutes long through the SmartTrack feature.
Please keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
