Hi,
I'm currently using my Charge 2 to do some simple knee exercises, to improve my 'runner's knee' condition. I'm using the 'Interval Workout' setting to help me track the exercises. I've got the 'Move' periods set to 10sec and - since the exercises are really simple - would like to set the 'Rest' periods to 5sec or less.
In the Interval Workout setup menu on my Fitbit app I seem to have got the option to lower the rest time under 10sec, but whenever I let go of the drop down list, it rolls back to 10sec. Bottom line, I can't seem to be able to lower my rest time to less than 10sec, which is really annoying, as it unnecessarily increases the overall workout time for each leg.
Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks a lot in advance.

@Ferdinand13 Thanks for participating in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that the option to lower the rest time is not working properly. In order to correct this issue, please make sure that your app is up to date. If it's the most recent version, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log back in and try to select 5 seconds again. After this, sync your Fitbit tracker and see if the 5 seconds get set.
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend!

Hello I'm having the same issue but on the Charge 3. I recall having this working on my Charge 2 being able to set a 5 sec rest time. But not on Charge 3, it scrolls back to 10 Secs.
@JuanJoFitbiti also tried your steps but did not work. any other ideas?

I have the Inspire HR and I’m experiencing the same issues. I can’t set the rest time to anything less than 10 seconds or else it scrolls back to 10. Can we get an update?

I've also been experiencing this issue recently. I think it must involve the most recent version (particularly on Android for me). Please can we get this fixed for Google Play? I've tried all troubleshooting btw.

I have the same exact issue for my Versa 2. I dont think its a matter of reloading the app. It seems software related. Can we please get a "fix" on this. Thanks.
