Hi
I live in the city Haparanda in Sweden. We having a uniqe border situation with about 1 km from our city center to Tornios city center in Finland. I often use to walk over to Finland and because of that I need to change to a Finnish cellphone network and then my phone gets the Finninsh time (+1 hour).
The problem starts when I change back to the Swedish network (-1 hour). Today I took some print screens to compare and the loss for about 2 hours walk was 504 kcal in the app - It went from 3015 kcal to 2 511 kcal just for changing back to the Swedish network. (The steps doesn't seem to be affected at all).
Anyone up with a good solution?

Hello @Ganbush and welcome to the Community. This is a known issue when changing time zones. My Versa 3 doesn't always change my time zones automatically when traveling. I get a pop up that says that changing time zones can cause a data loss when I do it manually. It is a limitation of Fitbit's programming. You can turn your automatic time zone setting to off, knowing that the time will be an hour off while you are in Finland. Or accept that these calories burns are estimates and there are limitations. By the way, I suspect the calorie loss comes from your BMR calories that you would have burned in that time.
