My green led lights on back of fit bit are no longer flashing, there for I cannot get a heartbeat reading, only resting heartrate.

Does anyone know why they would stop flashing on the back of fitbit.

@Jim5999  Welcome to the Community. Have a check in your App settings to see if the heart rate is set to switched off. To do this go into your App dashboard, tap on the account icon top right, select your Charge 2 from the device list and scroll down to Heart Rate. If you find its switched to off change it to Auto or On and then resync your tracker.

I would also suggest doing at least 2 reboots too, you can do this by popping your Charge 2 on its charger and press and hold the button in for 4 seconds which will trigger a restart once complete you will get a buzz from the tracker to confirm its done.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for your reply,
Ive checked all the settings and the heart setting is switched on, however the LED lights on the fitbit itself are not flashing like they normally do, therefore I would get my heart beat readings,
do you have any ideas or suggestions to how I can get the lights working again , or how to reset them if possible,
Do you think it may be a fault problem or this part of the fitbit has broken or just simply stopped working because of age or wear perhaps.
Regards,
Jim.

Thanks for trying Jim, I found this  previous thread   you could give this a go unpairing and repairing to your Fitbit bit app, if it's not successful I would suggest  contacting Customer Support  so they can provide some further assistance with diagnosing the issue.
