Hi all! I'm keen to start logging regular exercise I'm aware of the auto exercises etc. I will be either doing bodyweight exercises or HIIT videos from YouTube. From what I have read/understood, my best bet would be to log the exercise as "workout" and just start and end by holding down the button on my fitbit. The main thing I'm after is heart rate (to see improvements in heart health) and most accurate calories burnt (as using my fitness for calorie control) could someone please confirm if this sounds like it will work or advise if that's a better way? Many thanks 😊

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sammiesam,. Thank you for sharing your Charge 2 exercise inquiry.
I noticed that you are aware of how to track your exercise with your tracker. I would track my exercise the way you described. That way it could register accurately and precise.
