Logging issues with my Fitbit account

I was logged out of my account when I tried to login it wanted me to create an account as if I never had one. I tried the forgot password and never received an email. I had to create a new account but lost all my history and friends. Now I’m deleting it but it’s the same email I had with my original account to begin with.
