Hi, I'm calorie counting and not sure if my fitbit is logging the calories from the workout programme I've just done and the manual session I've also inputted. I like to keep the run times and maps from a session I've also followed and don't want it to double the calories burnt.

I have not actually done any of the guided programs, so not sure if this will answer your question, but I'll tell you what I do know.
When you manually log a workout for a time you were wearing the Fitbit, whatever information you enter for the manual logging overwrites whatever was actually recorded, so in that case you are not getting double credit, but you are overwriting the more accurate recorded data with the parameters you input. For that reason, I think it is generally preferable to use the Exercise App on the Fitbit rather than manually logging a workout after the fact, as many seem to do.
Now the part I don't know about is the guided programs, whether they automatically track the workout similarly to if you had used the exercise app, or if you are talking about manually logging it yourself after the workout.
However, I doubt fitbit is going to double-count anything.
Not sure if that helps you understand; I would have to try a guided program myself to know for sure; maybe someone else will chime in here.

Quick clarification: when you say a workout programme, do you mean using the Exercise App on the Charge 3, or are you talking about one of the 'Workouts' from the phone app 'Dicover' tab?
