Everyone knows straps don’t last and will eventually fail. So is there a push to improve clasp design? Is this on the product development timeline? My wife and I are both users having bought, the charge, the charge 2 and the surge. Customer service in Europe covers us for 2 years and we’ve had replacement straps for all except the surge (not replaceable) Will Fitbit eventually make a strap that stays on for a bit longer than a year? Anyone remember the simple pinned straps on conventional wrist watches that accepted almost any strap? Is it time to innovate a new look based on that classic design? How about it Fitbit.......

My strap has bronek after 6 months. Fitbit has sent a replacement. After 10 months the replaced strap has broken again. On the same place. I've registered an issue, waiting for replacement.
