My Charge 2 is losing battery power within 6 hours. Green lights are constantly on with additional flashing occasionally as well. I’ve updated the app and synchronised the Charge 2. Anything else I should do ??

I saw a lot of other messages about this on another forum and it seems that it is something that happens after time. Most people say that Fitbit was no help and they had to buy a new device. I believe that one person got theirs replaced.
