My watch is syncing with iphone 15 pro

And today I lost the silver color one backside of watch 

Can I were it without that ?

If not where can I get it in Hyderabad, India

Hello @AmruthGadala and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit doesn't offer any repair parts or service.  I don't think you should wear any electronic device if a piece fell off.  I recommend replacing your Fitbit.
