Lost data

I have lost all my data on my Charge 2 prior to 25th June 2019. Has anyone experienced this or know why it has happened? Thanks.

You might need to contact Fitbit, as I pointed out above, the user is unable to lose or delete data.

Hello @Kazbez may I ask what happened on the 25th of June? 

 

Is this data lost in both the Fitbit app and on your web dashboard. Choose the year tab?

Thanks for your reply. I think there was an update around that date. Yes data has gone from both the fitbit and the dashboard o the app on my PC.

The data is not stored on the app but on Fitbit.com and short of requesting to have your account deleted it is next to impossible to remove the data. 

Usually when data disappears it is because the user logs into a different account.

Ok I must have done something wrong when trying to update. If the data is lost, that is too bad but not too worry.
