I have lost all my data on my Charge 2 prior to 25th June 2019. Has anyone experienced this or know why it has happened? Thanks.

You might need to contact Fitbit, as I pointed out above, the user is unable to lose or delete data.
Best AnswerThe data is not stored on the app but on Fitbit.com and short of requesting to have your account deleted it is next to impossible to remove the data.
Usually when data disappears it is because the user logs into a different account.
