Apart from the last three weeks all of my sleep data has suddenly disappeared.  If I try to add back dates it says data is already saved but it isnt showing.

Please make sure that you have the latest app version available installed. We released an update a few days ago.

Just go to the App Store and search for Fitbit. If an update is available you'll see a button to download it.

Hmmm, I suppose they would say that wouldn't they but it's not always the best advice.

 

Savvy folk learn that as often as not 'updates' either break things or introduce unwanted and unwelcome changes so do not allow them to take place unbidden.

 

Having experienced synch issues between my Charge 4 and Samsung S8 phone with v3.53 I noticed that I had no such problems on my android tablet which, being Android 7 based (Lineage actually), would only natively permit up to v3.52.2 so I downgraded the phone to that and voila, problems gone.

 

Poor saps on IoS probably don't have those options.

 

TBH I'm struggling to see any difference between the versions, change for changes sake or tweaks to enable Google to spy on you more effectively?

Thank you but done all that no difference switched off and on logged in and
out and reset nothing brings it back.
