My daughters charge 3 has a black screen.
I’ve done the press the button for 8 seconds, got the smiley face, unplugged and nothing.
cant get it to sync to the app, can’t see it on the phone.
this has happened before but now it’s unresponsive, for the money it costs this is getting silly now!
please help!

I’ve been in contact with customer support every day since April 10th. They have me go through all sorts of steps and none have fixed the glitch. In fact, the charge 3 wouldn’t even do a hard restart. I even took a video of what I was doing to share with customer support and they admitted I was following their steps. Something Fitbit did recently is killing charge 3s. I refuse to believe that it was purposefully done to force people to upgrade; I have too much faith in humanity for that to be the case.

I've had a replacement and its happening again, very frustrating. It does make you wonder with the 4 coming out!
