Only had my charge 2 for a few months. Used to work fine but wont load any new or old maps of tracked run now, just a continual spiralling loading symbol. ? Any ideas

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Only the Run activity logs are being affected or other activities as well? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app, or are you checking such information on Fitbit.com dashboard?
