Map not loading

Only had my charge 2 for a few months. Used to work fine but wont load any new or old maps of tracked run now, just a continual spiralling loading symbol. ? Any ideas

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Only the Run activity logs are being affected or other activities as well? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app, or are you checking such information on Fitbit.com dashboard? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have a similar problem. Here is my situation. BTW I have actioned your advice but still have problem.

 
I have had a Charge 2 for approx 3 years. It has done a great job but with the last update about a week ago the gps on my iPhone no longer records the map, pace etc when I exercise.
Only data shown is time, ave bpm, calories plus a few more but no map. All was good up until Wed 26th Feb 2020. Please help. Thx Lee
