Missing History

I recently had an issue with my Iphone 10 requiring me to wipe and reinstall my I phone. All worked well, however I am missing 3 months of history from this year and most of 2018 and 2017 ... I can see 3 months in 2018 and two in 2017 ... I can see all of my history when I log into fitbit.com for all of the months that do not show. How can I get my app on my phone also to show this.

 

I have logged out of my account

I have deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled 

I have deleted the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled

 

None of this works. Please let me know if there is a way to get back my data as one of my key goals is to surpass last year and this motivates me to push myself. It is not ideal to log into the system and download data from time to time...

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated

How many Fitbit accounts have you created. What your saying tells me at least two accounts. I would pick the one you want and continue from there.
