Missing badge - Charge 3

I did over 30000 steps but didn’t get the badge updated to last earned. It was all tracked on my Fitbit.

Thank you for the detailed information. Can you confirm when did you do over 30,000 steps? Have you tracked manually log activities recently? Take into consideration that Badges are designed to reward your step-based activities that are recorded while you wear your Fitbit device. Manually logged activities are intended to help you track activities that are based on effort rather than steps or distance, so they don't count toward step badges.

I did it on 9 May. I never manually log activity. It was all recoded on the fitbit itself. 
I’d add a screenshot but it won’t let me.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Is your badge not appearing on the Fitbit App or through the Web Dashboard? If you haven't checked on the Web Dashboard, I recommend doing so and please let me know if you're able to see any badge achieved on May 9th.

It doesn’t appear on either the dashboard or in my app. Also today I did over 22,222 steps and didn’t get the Kevin badge. The app has updated the Stuart badge last earned date to today.
