Missing lines on Charge 3 screen

There are 4-5 horizontal lines on the screen where the images are not rendering.  They stay fully dark all the way across.  

I have restarted the Charge 3 twice, but that has not helped. 

Any thoughts?

I've reported mine to customer support, the number of missing lines has gone up. Only advice so far was to reboot it which didn't work.
