Missing notifications - Charge 2 and Samsung S7 Edge (Android 8)

Hello, first time  i charged and configured my tracker with my phone all started to work correctly, update to the latest firmware was automatic, i set up notifications on, call, calendar and whatsapp and i normally received them, even if the fitbit app was not running in background.

After some days i cannot receive notifications more. I tried to set up fitbit running in background but no result. I checked also the tracker left side button, holding it down for some second, and i see notifications are correctly set to ON. Now i don't know what else to do. I only know about an app called "fitbit notifications" around in the store, but i never tried to install it thinking i could solve my issue with your help. Thank you in advance.
