I got my Charge 3 at the beginning of the year, so it's a little over 6 months old. The last month or so, I started noticing that some lines in the display stayed completely black as if the pixels were dead. It has come to a point were the time is barely readable because the tops and bottoms of the numbers are cut out. In the last 24hours it has stopped syncing with the app and the screen is so dim I can barely read it. The time is lagging behind too. The app tells me the % of charge but then says so device can be detected. I actually returned the Charge 3 that I got for Xmas because the screen did not light up at all and now this one seems useless too. I tried restarting the device twice and the display just has more dead lines and is going dimmer and dimmer. I tried changing the clock face but the app can't sense the device. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works and it just gets worse. I am very disappointed. I thought this would be better than the Charge 2 I got my husband for Xmas the previous year but his still works perfectly after 18 months...Can you fix this?
