I've had my Charge2 Fitbit for about 2 years now. The battery had die sometime in December 2019 and when I finally recharged it (in Jan 2020) and went in to sync it with my iphone, the app stated it need to do some updates. After it did, it asked me to login, but did not recognize my information/email. I tried to reach out via email to get some help, but the system stated it did not recognize my email....it is the same one I used to "relogin" and where I have emails from FitBit tracking goals/etc in 2018. I All my history, badges, female health tracking was gone. Even my profile stated I had just joined in Jan 2020. I downloaded both the FitBit & FitBit Coach app in July 2018, How can I get my data back?

I had the same thing happen, and I thought it was because the data was deleted after a certain amount of time. It appears not.
My previous account was fairyhedgehog (one less 'g' at end) and the account still seems to exist, but I can't access it.
