I've just updated my Samsung tablet and found that my charge 2 won't sync on it, whereas it did on my old Samsung tablet. It did still sync on my Samsung mobile. After charging it now syncs on the tablet but not on the mobile. Advice welcome.

Sometimes it's recommended to keep devices apart to sync your tracker. Are you trying to sync your Charge 2 with the tablet and your phone at the same time? Please try advise of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
