Hello - my Charge 3 button has stopped working completely! It does not vibrate, nor does it function at all when pushed. I have tried the short and long reset instructions, attempting to hold the button for 8 and 15 seconds, but nothing happens. I could use some help. Overall, it seems to be charging up and working, but I cannot back out of the menu items I've navigated to, because the button is not working. Help please! Thank you!
