Have obtained three new Charge 3 trackers over the last 18 months .
Two failed around or just after the warranty period - Two of three .
They just would not connect to the previously good iOS platforms I have used. There is obviously a design or quality problem on the Bluetooth communication link ; tech and customer support were helpful in the debugging and proof of failure . But the company would not stand behind the product "outside the warranty period ". Google should have advertised the products good for one year only and I would not have been disappointed nor wasted many hours proving the failures. I cant believe it is all Fitbit products else they would not be in business. But either do a product recall or advertise products only good for a year please. To be fit is to appreciate green so don' design disposable products for a year !!
