My Charge 3 screen won’t scroll

Whether I touch the side, or double tap the screen- my screen won’t scroll up to get all my detailed data.

Thanks! I read another thread that said to put it on the charger and hold side button for 8 seconds. Got a smiley face. Then it worked. I’m assuming that is the same as a restart.

This worked for me sans smilie face. Connected to power and held start button until I saw Fitbit icon. Scrolling values under the clock were then displayed
