Shortly before I got my new phone, my watch stopped buzzing when I got a message, call or what have you. I wasn't sure if it really was befor I got my new phone, but I couldn't get it to work, so I guessed it was because of the phone. Turns out: it wasn't! After about half a year, last week, out of the blue, I started to receive messages from my phone on my watch again! I was really happy about it, but since yesterday, it stopped again. Not just that, I now need to press the side button to see the time or the watch face... I can't get it to work. I reinstalled the app, that didn't work, I can get the app and the watch playing nice together, but I tried multiple times to manually sync it, but it doesn't work.
Then I tried to turn the watch off and back on again... I only get to see the settings... Which I can't seem to change. I also can't get it to turn on to see the time, when I twist my wrist...
I guess this is a settings problem, anyone know which one? Is the sleep setting turned on? Or any of the other settings?
Because the watch is refusing to change settings, send messages or turn on when i twist my wrist. That sounds like a great safe guard to make sure one can't manually change things in their sleep... Anyone a clue?

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4 and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) and Sleep Mode are turned off. When the screen wake setting is on, you should be able to to turn on the screen by turning your wrist toward. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.
