My Charge two not syncing

My charge Two has been syncing fine... till last week... when it just stopped.. I don't seem to be able to make it sync again. 

Has anyone any suggestions?

I have the same problem, for the last 2 days Fitbit will not sync with My Fitness Pal.

I’m having the same problem!! Called Fitbit was given case #, after 4 days NO response

Mine is doing the same thing.  It started about a week ago when it wouldn't register my heartrate, so I reset it and still wouldn't work.  Then a few days ago it started to vibrate, so I looked down and it was wigging out...switching from screen to screen to screen and I wasn't even moving (I even took video).  Since then, it won't sync with my FitBit app, MyFitnessPal or anything else.  It's very frustrating because these are expensive, and they should last longer than a year.

I’ve managed to sort my problem out myself so everything’s fine now.

I agree! And apparently Fitbit doesn’t care.

Mine isn’t syncing either— it seems to be because it can’t “find“ my Fitbit even when my tracker is 2 inches from my phone. It’s syncing  fine through the app on my iPad. Makes me wonder if there isn’t a problem with the phone app after the last update.
