My Fitbit Charge 2 can't sync.

Hi, recently I've bought a new mobile phone (android). First week there was no problem, but then my app said "No device found". I tried resetting my tracker a few times in a row, restarting my phone, forcing the app to stop, clearing the cashe in the app, uninstalling fitbit app, pairing it back again... Last week I managed to get it work, by pairing my tracker with my laptop (windows 10), updating the tracker and then syncing. It worked for a day, but since then it's had problem to sync and again the app says "no device found". When syncing with my laptop, it works just fine. Thank you for helping advice.

My charge 2 won't sync, keep saying device not found. As of august 16th 2019. What do I do?
