My charge 4 suddenly stopped working Saturday night. Just out of the blue, dead! It had missed my walked and didn’t track some floors prior to that but otherwise fine then totally dead and unresponsive. I did all the troubleshooting and bothering. I noticed on here that several others had reported the same within the last couple of days. Sudden death of our Fitbit charge 4. Coincidence???
I checked Twitter and on here and noticed a lot of of reporting the same. I called customer support was taken again through all trouble shooting and then contacted later, by email to be told I was bo longer under warranty, I already knew this but expected better Custer support since this is an obvious flaw/ defect in the product. My husband has had his for over four years without a problem - another model. So the fact that we are all of the sudden experiencing the same issue is proof to me that something wrong.
whi else has had this happen in the last couple of days?

So in other words, Fitbit won't stand behind their products when they have poor quality and defects (displays, bands, etc.). I am on my second and last ever Fitbit (Charge 4) which after 18 months is having display problems just like my previous one. Given the poor quality and terrible treatment of customers, I will never buy another one and will spread the news of my experiences to everyone I know.

I had a battery issue develop out of the blue four days ago. Even while sleeping a full charge is not lasting more than 2 1/2 hours. From reading comments on the Internet, others appear to have the same issue too. I have spoken with their Support Team via chat twice in two days and they have been pretty much useless. Im very disappointed with their lack of Customer Service.
