I neglected to charge my Charge 2 for about a week or so, and when I did charge it, instead of showing the charging symbol, it kept showing www.fitbit.com/setup 

I didn't have time to deal with it so I put it aside and it's now been a month or so and it still isn't starting and continues to show www.fitbit.com/setup on the screen. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

When these devices are not charged for long periods of time it will destroy the battery.

 

But I would try and set it up again and see what happens
