New Charge 2 wont set up

Brand new replacement Charge 2.  Trying to set up - got charge but won’t syn with IPad or IPhone.  Blue tooth on on both devices but can’t locate it.  Tried restarting both IPad & Iphone.  Also tried restarting Fit bit

Is there another FitBit around? Asking as you said Blue tooth on Both devices

 

If there is you need to move one away as they will interfere with each other while setting up

Hi @EmmaCobbett, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for trying a few tips prior posting. As @WendyB  said, since you received a new Charge 2, maybe the old one still charged and is interfering with the Bluetooth signal of the new one, so please forget the device from the Bluetooth settings of your iPad or iPhone and then try to set up the new one as a new device.
