Can’t get past Intro screen on a relatively new Charge 3 (logo + scrolling “www.fitbit.com/setup”). Bluetooth on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 [SM-910V (2014) Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow)] see’s the Charge 3. Flashing lights for heart-rate monitor no longer flash. The fitness tracker has been fully charged. Have the Fitbit dashboard applet running in Windows10 on a Dell laptop. It does not reognize Charge 3 and lacks any configuration tab.
Hi @silicontundra you need a minimum of Android 8 to use the Fitbit app. The new devices need a mobile device to set up.
