hi i have recently acquired a new charge 3 

 

i keep trying to update the firmware on my device but it isnt getting passed 25% which it looks like the device keeps just resetting by itself

 

ive tried resetting my device, restarting my phone and deleting the app and trying again  but still nothing

I'm sorry to hear that your new Charge 3 won't finish the firmware update. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your tracker prior to posting here. Nice way to go!
