My black Fitbit charge 2 band broke a few months ago and I recieved a replacement from Fitbit in a different colour as black wasn’t available. Is there anywhere I can buy a new official black band or are they available to buy from Fitbit as I would like a new black band for my charge 2

Take a look at the Fitbit Store, but the only color is blue, unless you get leather - click to go there 

Third party sellers might have them, but it wouldn't be the authentic Fitbit brand.
