I cannot see instructions for installing my new one when I still have the old one installed. They are both Charge 3. The old one has not synced for over 3 weeks but all the prior data is still there. Do I somehow have to delete this ? Or can I keep it and just continue.

If you just go to add the new Charge 3 to your account by selecting "set up a device" in your account settings, it will ask if you want to replace your existing Charge 3. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, badges, settings etc will be retained.

Thanks, was doing it on computer and realised it was easier to do on the phone ! I thought I might have had to delete previous tracker and its info.

I still had to make my phone forget previous tracker ! As it failed to update 3 times even after following troubleshooting advice on the app. Had to do the code twice, succeeded in the end. Then the strap fell off !
