New dashboard?

Is there a new Charge 4 dashboard? Mine hasn’t synched since December 24 and there’s a new dashboard that’ has big tiles that you have to scroll through instead of everything on the screen at once. I don’t know how to synch using the new layout.

Hello @EllieEm and welcome to the Community forum.  Fitbit hasn't changed the mobile dashboard.  Please try the following:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the Fitbit app

If this doesn't fix your display, can you post a screenshot and let us know if you are using an Android or iPhone?
