Hi,

 

I just got a new phone and I logged in on my fitbit app. Now all the data of steps and medals etc is all deleted? I logged in on the same account, I still have friends that I just made on the old phone, but all the other data is just gone. 

How can I get this back? I really want to have the data from the 26th of June until now.

Try logging into your account instead of creating a second account. 

You are posting from a 7 month old account.

BTW your account was created years after the Charge was discontinued.
