New phone

I bought a new phone. I want to switch Fitbit from my old phone to new one. The new phone is an LG 3 the old phone was an LG 2. The fitbit that I have is Charge 2.

That should not be a problem as the new phone is on the supported list at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

On your old phone delete the fitbit app and "forget" any connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings. Then, on your new phone, download the fitbit app from app store and login using the ID and password you used on the old phone (NB you do not want to set up a new account!).
