No Heart Rate on Charge 3

Yesterday my Charge 3 stopped showing my heart rate in any way. I've tried multiple resets and also checked that heart rate is definitely turned on in the settings. Everything else is working otherwise, it's detecting steps, giving me notifications and syncing with the app. Only thing missing is heart rate which just shows two lines. Any ideas?

Nope. No lights on the back at all.
